What this website collects
This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies, and it does not track you. The fonts are stored on our own server, so no data is sent to font providers when you visit.
Like every website, our hosting provider automatically records technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, the page you opened, the date and time, and your browser type. This is needed to deliver the website and keep it secure. Our hosting provider is METANET AG in Zurich, Switzerland.
Our email list
If you sign up for our free or bonus puzzles, we collect your first name and your email address. We use them to:
- send you the puzzles you asked for, and
- send you occasional emails about new Till & Mellow books and puzzles.
We only do this with your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the sign-up form. You can withdraw it at any time with the unsubscribe link at the bottom of every email, or by writing to us.
We use MailerLite (UAB MailerLite, Vilnius, Lithuania, European Union) to store our list and send our emails. MailerLite processes your data on our behalf. When you open our emails, MailerLite may record whether an email was opened and which links were clicked, so we can see what our readers find useful.
We keep your name and email address for as long as you are subscribed. When you unsubscribe, we stop sending you emails and delete or anonymize your data unless the law requires us to keep it.
We never sell your data, and we do not share it with anyone except the service providers named on this page.
Links to Amazon
Our books are sold on Amazon. When you click a link to Amazon, you leave our website and Amazon's own privacy notice applies. We do not receive any of your data from Amazon.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time what data we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. You can also object to how we use it. Just write to hello@tillandmellow.com.
If you think we have not handled your data properly, you can contact the data protection authority: in Switzerland, the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC); in the European Union, the authority in your country.
Changes
We may update this policy when our website or services change. The current version is always on this page.
